I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety and other mood disorders, life transitions, divorce, grief, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, trauma, abuse, LGBTQ+ issues, insomnia, and all personality disorders.
I see adults and adolescents for individual psychotherapy that blends Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic approaches, geared toward what each person most needs. I enjoy working with Families and Couples and utilize the Gottman approach. I also work with children ages 4 & up, utilizing Play therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
